Ingredients
-Bob's Red Mill Low-Carb Baking Mix, 2 cup -Canola Oil, 2 tbsp -Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla, 16 oz -Baking Powder, 3 tsp-Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp -Egg, fresh, 3 large -Blueberries, fresh, 129 grams -Pure Protein Vanilla Cream Protein Powder, 1 serving -Honey Tree's Blue Agave Organic, 64 gram(s) -Oats for garnish on top
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients, then mix in wet ingredients. Pour into 9 equal portioned baking cups, then sprinkle oats on top of raw dough. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until tops are a deep golden brown. Enjoy.
