Fiery Noodle Salad

Ingredients
250g Medium Egg Noodles1/2 a red onion1 red chilli1 tbsp chopped coriander leaf2 tbsp soy sauce1 tsp sesame oiljuice of 1 lime1 tsp fish sauce1 tsp honey150g Walnuts1 tsp honey
Directions
Blitz onion, Chilli and coriander in a blender.

Empty into a bowl and stir in liquid ingredients. Whisk to combine.

Pour boiling water over the noodles and cover for 6 minutes. Drain and toss in the dressing.

Dry toast nuts in a frying pan for a few minutes. Add the honey and take off the heat. Mix into noodle mixture.
