Banana muffins

Ingredients
1/2 c. butter2c. sugar4 eggs6 med bananas1c milk1 T lemon or lime juice (added to milk to make buttermilk)2 1/4 c. flour2t baking soda2 t. salt2 1/2 c. oats
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 Blend sugar and butter, than add eggs mix weel, add bananas and milk, mix well. add dry ingredients, mix well. grease muffin pan or use muffin pan paper cups fill cups 3/4 full bake at 350 degrees for 20 min. Rotate pans half way through.
