Stroganoff - Ground Turkey

Ingredients
1/2 lb ground turkey breast meatsalt to tastegarlic powder to taste8 oz. container of baby portobello mushrooms2 tsp spicy brown mustard1/4 cup heavy cream
Directions
Brown turkey in 2 T oil. Add spices. Add cleaned and sliced mushrooms. Cover and cook for about 5 minutes. Add mustard and cream. Stir to combine. Cook for an additional 5 minutes or until mushrooms are cooked to the consistency that you prefer.
