Chicken Breast, no skin, 10 ounces Chicken Thigh, 2 thigh, bone and skin removed Carrots, raw, 2 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh, 3 cup, chopped Chicken Broth, 8 cup (8 fl oz) Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced Salt, pepper, no-salt seasoning, garlic powder, poultry seasoning2 bay leaves
put chicken (raw) into large stock pot with 4 cans chicken broth( 8 cups). Add chopped onion, carrot and celery. Add seasonings. Cook 1 hour until chicken is cooked through. Remove chicken from pot and shred. Add chicken back to pot, add chopped cabbage, chopped zucchini, and any other veggies you desire. Cook another 45min-1 hour. Enjoy.
