Simmered Tomato Chops

Ingredients
*Pork Chop, Boneles, Lean, 16 oz (4 chops) Olive Oil, 1 1tsp *Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 2 cup 1 can) *Cheese - Sargento Ultra Thin Cheese 4 slices *Ragu Spaghetti Sauce (tomato sauce), 1 cup Yellow Bell Pepper, about a cup diced Mushrooms, canned, about a cup chopped Zucchini, about a cup, diced
Directions
Brown pork chops in oil
Add veggies, sautee 2-4min to soften
Add drained can of tomatoes
Add pasta sauce
Bring to simmer, cover, cook about 15min until chops are done.
Top each chop with cheese, cover, remove when cheese starts to melt.
Serve with sauce.
