Cucumber Maragaritas

Ingredients
1/2 Cup Sugar3/4 Cup WaterJuice of 2 limes or 1/2 cup lime juice & lemon zest1/2 Peeled Cucumber about 1/2 cup or 4 oz7 oz of WHITE Tequila, not gold
Directions
Dissolve sugar into water over med-low heat in sauce pan until simple syrup is created, should make about 1/2 cup. If not, measure out 1/2 cup for recipe.

In a blender, combine, the sliced cucumber, lime juice simple syrup, 1/2 cup lime juice and 7 oz of white tequila. Blend until smooth as possible. Pour mixture into shaker and fill with ice. Shake and strain into 4 glasses or pour over ice.

Serving Size: Makes 4, 5 oz margaritas
