Spicy Salt and Pepper Chicken

Ingredients
1 Chicken Breast1/2 tbsp olive oil1 limes cut into wedges2 star anise1 tsp szechuan peppercorns1/2 tsp fennel seeds1/2 cinnamon stick3 cloves-1 garlic clovezest of 1 lime1/2 tsp salt
Directions
*Serve with Starch and Cooked Vegetable for a complete meal!
-Toast spice 1-2 mins over medium heat.
-Use mortar and pestal to grind.
-Transfer to bowl.
-Add garlic, lime zest, and salt.
-Infuse 30 minutes.
-Cut chicken into pieces.
-Rub mix and oil into pieces.
-Cover and let marinade 2 hours in refridgerator.
-Return to room temperature 1 hour before cooking.
-Cook at 350 for 45 minutes.
-Serve with salsa.
