- Pasta Salad with Soy Beans, Olives, Brocoli, & Pesto

Ingredients
Whole wheat pasta2 cans of Soy beans (any beans could be used)I used 1/2 c. cooked broccoli - but more can be usedHomemade pesto with walnutsGreen Olives, 27 small olives, sliced
Directions
Boil pasta 9-10 min. Rinse and cool.
Rinse the Soybeans.
Drain the olives and slice
Mix it all together with the Pesto

Serving Size: Makes 7-8 1-cup servings
