Greg's famous cheese mashed potatoes

Ingredients
You'll need:-10 large potatoes peeled, and cut into small pieces.-5-6 tbsp of light cheese whiz, depending on your taste for cheese.- 1 cup of 1% milk.- Italian herbs
Directions
-peeled cut potatoes in large pot, and bring to a boil.
-Boil for 30mins, or until potatoes are soft enough to put a fork through.
-After 30 mins take potatoes off stove and place on a cutting board, or somewhere where you can use a electric beater.
-Add 5-6 Tbsp of light cheese whiz, and mix in with a regular spoon.
-Add 1 cup of milk.
-Beat with electric beater until lumps are gone, and very well whipped.
-Put into small plates-able to serve 6-9 people.
-Sprinkle Italian herbs for presentation on each serving of mashed potatoes and serve.
