1 lb ground turkey10 frozen mixed vegetables 1 medium onion1 cup chopped mushrooms1 egg1 cup quick oats1/2 cup beef broth1/2 Tbsp Garlic Salt1 1/2 tsp pepperTopping:1 head of cauliflower3Tbsp unsalted butter1 clove minced garlic1/2 2 % milkchives.
Peel, break apart and boil one head of cauliflower.
Meanwhile, soften mushrooms in beef broth while combining turkey, vegetables, onions, oats, egg and spices. Add mushrooms.
place in a 2 qt baking dish
preheat oven to 375 F
drain cauliflower and add butter, milk, garlic and chives. blend until smooth. Spread over turkey mixture and bake for 1 hour.
