Blueberry 5 grain with flax breakfast bake

Ingredients
Add 4 cups uncooked 5 grain with flax (can use uncooked whole oatmeal if desired)3 tsp baking powder1 tsp salt2 cups skim milk1 cup splenda2 tsp vanilla7 tsp cinnamon4 tsp apple pie spice1 lb bag of frozen or fresh blueberries (can use other berries or apple slices for variety)
Directions
Mix dry then add wet with blueberries folded into the mix last. Pour into a 13x9 inch baking pan sprayed with Butter Pam.

Bake at 375 for about 50 minutes or until very golden brown.

The blueberries will burst into a wonderful snack or breakfast cobbler!

Cut into 12 equal pieces

    I made this, substituted 2 cups of oatmeal for two cups of grain. It was very thick and came out very heavy and almost too cinnamony. Hubby did not like at all. - 2/17/08
