Fried rice(home made)

Ingredients
3 cups white rice ,steamed1 jumbo hotdog, diced1 med. Egg, scrambled1 clove garlic, crushed3 tsp. Extra virgin olive oil2 dashes iodized salt
Directions
Fry scrambled egg and hotdog in olive oil. Once cooked, cut into dice. Sautee garlic until golden brown then mix the steamed rice, hotdog,scambled egg and salt. Stir-fry for 2 minutes. Serve.

Serving Size: Makes 3 to 4 servings.
