Puerto Rican pollo pinchos (chicken kabobs)

-2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thigh (cut the fat off and cut into cubes)-.25 c olive oil-1 packet goya sazon con culantro y achiote seasoning-.5 tbsp goya adobo seasoning-salt and pepper
Mix ingredients in a ziplock bag. Marinade chicken for at least a half hour. Put the chicken on skewers and grill until cooked through.
Tip- I make my skewers bigger than 4 oz servings for company, but use a food scale to measure out 4 oz for myself. This recipe makes 5-6 good sized skewers. You can also add onions, peppers, etc.
