Cheesy Salsa Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients
2 chicken breasts, bone/skin/fat removed, cut into 1-inch pieces1 tbsp olive oil1 cup salsa1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese1/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurtGarlic powderLemon pepperPenzey's Spices Turkish SeasoningBasilPaprika
Directions
Preheat oven to 375F. Grease a Pyrex pie plate with olive oil.

Put chicken pieces into pie plate, turning to coat with oil. Sprinkle spices on one side, turn/stir, sprinkle more spices on the over side so the chicken is evenly coated. Put salsa on top, spread around so it covers all of the chicken.

Bake at 375F for 25-35 minutes or until chicken is tender and white all the way through. Top with shredded sharp cheddar cheese, bake for an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly, but not browned.

Top each portion with a dollop of nonfat Greek yogurt (instead of sour cream).
