Roasted Strawberry Vinaigrette - mbg

Ingredients
1 cup fresh Strawberries, thickly sliced 1/2 cup extra virgin Olive Oil - high quality1/4 cup Basalmic Vinegar - high quality!1 Tbsp. fresh Basil (I used 1/2 Tbsp. dried basil)1 clove fresh Garlic, chopped 1/2 tsp. sea salt, 1/4 cup water filtered)
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place sliced strawberries on parchment/ wax-paper lined sided cookie sheet. Roast at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool slightly.
Blend strawberries & pan juices/ syrup with remaining ingredients until smooth.

Serving Size: makes about 1 1/4 cup ~ 10 ounces = 10 servings
