Zucchini, 600 gramsPlain white flour (UK), 60 gDill weed, fresh, 1 cup sprigsEgg, fresh, 4 mediumButter, unsalted, 3 tbspGarlicSaltPepper
Grate the zucchini and sprinkle with flour and the chopped dill. Melt the butter and add to the zucchini. Scramble the eggs and add the (grated) garlic, salt and pepper to taste. Mix all ingredients well, put and layer in a baking tray and bake at 190 C (375 F) for 40 min.
