Quick Quinoa burger

Ingredients
Quinoa, cooked, oatmeal, spices, egg replacer for 1 egg
Directions
Mix cooked quinoa with oatmeal and egg replacer (I used Ener-G) and spices. Form into 4 patties and put on a plate in the fridge for ~20-30 minutes.

Bake in oven at 400 F for ~10 min, flip and bake again for 10 min *or* fry in the pan until golden on each side.
