Wholemeal Peanut Cookies

Ingredients
1 large free-range egg1 cup wholemeal flour1/4 cup caster sugar1 cup crunchy peanut butterA sprinkling of oats (maybe ~1/8 cup)
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees (fan-forced)
2. Add all ingredients to bowl & mix together.
3. Make 12 balls from dough & flatten on baking tray with a fork.
*optional: sprinkle some nutmeg or cinnamon on top
4. Put in oven for 10-15 minutes or until golden
5. Let sit until cool (Don't be tempted to touch them before they've cooled or they will crumble!)
