Indian Style Scrambled egg white

Ingredients
2 egg whites1 small onion3 mushrooms1 tomato1/2 tsp turmeric1/2 tsp paprikasalt to tastecanola oil 1tbsp
Directions
Heat oil in a pan. Chop the onions and tomatoes finely and slice the mushrooms. Add the onions to the hot oil and cook for a minute. Then add sliced mushrooms and tomatoes and saute till tomatoes are cooked. Add the spices and salt and saute well. Add egg whites and keep on sauteing till the eggs are cooked.
