Anzac Biscuits

Ingredients
100g butter2 tablespoons golden syrup.5 cup raw sugar.5 tsp baking soda2 tbsp boiling water.5 cup plain flour.5 cup coconut3/4 cup rolled oats1/3 cup pumpkin seeds1/3 cup sunflower seeds
Directions
Oven 180

1. Melt butter with golden syrup and raw sugar over low heat. Remove from heat when all melted together and set aside.
2. Dissolve baking soda in water and add to the saucepan. Add remaing ingredients into bowl and mix till combined.
3. Put tablespoons onto a baking sheet, allow room to spread.
4. Bake for 12 minutes until golden
