Julie's Never Fail Salmon Patties

Ingredients
pink salmon, 1 can drained 1 egg, slightly beaten2 Tablespoons flour (rice flour can be used)Dried Parsley, 1 TablespoonPepper or Lemon Pepper to tasteRed Pepper, 1/2 teaspoonolive oil for frying
Directions
In large bowl, add salmon and flake. Small bones and skin should be worked in with the fork until smooth.

Add rest of ingredients, form 4 patties.

Add olive oil to about 2" in the pan, heat on medium.

Add the patties and brown on each side about 5-6 minutes...until golden brown and firm. Drain on paper
towel.

Serve with ketchup, tartar or cocktail sauce.
