2 cups of brown rice (2/3 cup uncooked)1 cup sharp cheddar cheese1 tbsp butter1 tsp salt2 cups nonfat milk2 eggs
1. Cook the rice and add it to the casserole dish.
2. Melt the butter in the rice.
3. Slightly beat the eggs with a fork and add to the casserole dish.
4. Add the other ingredients to the casserole dish and bake for 50 minutes at 350 degrees.
