Mexican Rotisserie Chicken

Ingredients
1 Package McCormick Mild Taco Seasoning Packet (reduced sodium)4 1/2 to 5 lb Whole Chicken3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil3 tbsp chopped hatch green chile3 tbsp chopped white onion3 cloves garlic chopped
Directions
Remove gizzards and neck from the chicken body cavity and rinse the chicken out. Coat Chicken in olive oil. Coat chicken in 3/4 of taco seasoning. Pour the remainder of the packet in the cavity of the chicken. Stuff the chicken with all chopped ingredients. Allow to marinate for 1 hour. Cook in rotisserie cooker for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until internal temperature reaches 180 degrees.
