fresh or frozen string beans, 2 cups for 2 servings2 Tbls Polaner Apricot Spread, no sugar, with Fiber1 Pat butter (approx 1 tsp.)salt and pepper to taste
Cook string beans per preferred method (stove top or microwave). When done, put in bowl and add pat of butter, the apricot spread, salt and pepper and toss to coat. Serve.
