1 lb Turkey burger1 bag Wide egg noodles2 cans diced tomatoesLge container of sour cream2 containers of whipped cream cheeseCup of cut scallions4 c shredded cheddar cheese2-3 cloves of garlic, crushed2-3 Dashes of pepper2 tsp sugar
Preheat oven to 350. Boil egg noodles. Strain and Rinse. Brown turkey burger, strain and rinse. Add tomatoes, garlic, and sugar to burger. Mix. Put cream cheese, sour cream, and scallions in a large bowl. Mix. Spray a 9x12 pan with non stick cooking spray. I use olive oil spray. Place burger mixture on bottom. Then, cover with noodles. Next, spread cream cheese mixture over the noodles. Last layer is the cheddar cheese. Nrepeat hose 4 layers one more time. Bake at 350 for 30 mins. Or until cheese melts and it is hot in the middle.
