Eggs in a Cloud

Ingredients
2 eggs, separated1 Tbsp grated parmesan1 oz cooked sausage1 Tbsp finely diced onion
Directions
Separate egg yolks and whites. Beat whites until firm.

Fold in sausage, cheese, onion (or any toppings of your choice).

Spoon egg white mixture onto greased cookie sheet in 2 mounds. Press a hole into, place yolks.

Bake at 375 for 8 minutes, less for runnier yolk.
