Ingredients
LC White Bread Flour, 3 cup Egg, fresh, 1 large *xylitol, 2.25 cup *Canola Oil, 1 cup *zuchinni, 2 cup Baking Powder, .25 tsp Baking Soda, 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 3 tsp
Directions
Add all dry ingredients and then add wet ingredients. Mix with mixer. Add more zuchinni if to dry. Put in greased muffin pans

Bake at 350 degrees.
