6 oz Thai Kitchen Coconut Milk -Original2 Acorn Squash2 cups Chicken Broth1 Tbsp Paprika1 tsp Cayenne Pepper1 Tbsp Curry powder1 Leek thinly sliced1 tsp Coconut Oil
Bake squash til tender set aside. Slice leek and sauté in coconut oil until translucent. Scoop meat from squash and put into blender, add leek, chicken broth and the rest of the ingredients. Blend until smooth. Eat!
