Vinegarette Coleslaw

Ingredients
1/2c. cider vinegar1/4c. sugar1/4c. canola oil2 tsp. beef bouillon (granular)16 oz cabbageI use the 16 oz pre-packaged Coleslaw MixMix cider vinegar, sugar and beef bouillon together until sugar dissolves. Add canola. Whisk and pour over cabbage. 1 1/2 per serving
Directions
Combine sugar, beef bouillon and cider, stir until sugar dissolves Add oil and mix well. Pour over cabbage.

Makes approx 5.5- 1and 1/2 cup servings.
