Black Bean and Salsa Slow Cooker Chicken

Ingredients
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts1/2 cup white rice1 can (15 oz.) black beans1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes (I use garlic and onion flavored tomatoes)1 can (10.5 oz.) Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom soup1 jar salsa (16 oz.)1/2 cup diced raw onion (use more to taste)1/2 packet of Taco Seasoning
Directions
Combine uncooked rice, black beans, diced tomatoes, mushroom soup, salsa, taco seasoning and diced onions in a large bowl. Place chicken in slow cooker and cover with mixture. Cook 6-8 hours on low. Chicken is cooked when you can take two forks and shred it. I shred the chicken and then mix everything thoroughly before serving. Chicken can also be served whole on top of the beans/salsa/soup/rice mixture.
