Ham Chowder

Ingredients
2 cans chicken broth1 small onion, finely chopped1 cup cauliflower1 cup ham, diced3 cans cream of potato soup3/4 cup half and half
Directions
Cook onion, cauliflower, and ham in chicken broth until tender. Drain chicken broth off, except for 2 1/2 cups. Add 3 cans cream of potato soup and cook for 15-20 minutes. Add half and half.

Serving Size: Makes 7 1-cup servings.
