Peanut butter-flax-oat-chocolate energy balls

Ingredients
1 cup oats1/2 cup shredded coconut1/2 cup peanut butter1/2 cup ground flax or wheat germ (nutrition with flax)1/4 cup bittersweet chocolate chips1/3 cup honey1 t vanilla extract
Directions
Stir everything together, chill in the fridge for at least a half hour. Roll into balls, store in tupperware in the fridge.
