Banana Muffin

Ingredients
Egg, old fashioned oatmeal, all bran buds, unsweetened applesauce(or 1/3 cup olive oil) baking powder, dates. Cooking spray
Directions
In large bowl, beat eggs. In small bowl, mash bananas and add to eggs. Add remaining ingredients blending well. Usually add dates to the very end. Pour batter into muffin tin coated with cooking spray. Bake 15 20 minutes.
