Vanilla Ice Cream with Malteasers

125 ml double cream125 ml full fat milk2 dessertspoons granulated sugar1 mini bag of malteasers
Organise your ice cream maker - and follow it's instructions.
Heat cream, milk, vanilla extract and sugar together in a pan, heat gently until sugar dissolves.
Add cinnamon stick (if wished). Remove from heat and leave to cool.
When mix is cool, add to ice cream maker and churn. Crush malteasers - leaving some quite large pieces. Add to soft ice cream and churn briefly until mixed in. This ice cream stays soft - so either eat straight away or pop in freezer for later.
Serving Size: Makes 2 nice size servings
