Strawberry Banana Oatmeal Smoothie

Ingredients
Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain 1/4 cupALMOND MILK/COCONUT MILK BLEND, 3/4 cupOrange Juice, 1/4 cupPLAIN NON FAT YOGURT, 1/4 cupStrawberries, fresh,1/2 cup, wholeBanana, fresh, 1/2 cup, slicedVanilla Extract, 1/2 tspChia Seeds-1 1/2 tsp
Directions
Add oats and chia seeds to blender, blend on high until texture of flour. Add milk, juice to blender, use a spoon or spatula to blend. Add yogurt, strawberries and banana. Blend on high until desired smoothness. Taste and add sweetner if needed. Blend again. Transfer to a 2 cup jar or container; refridgerate overnight or a minimum of 4 hours, so oats and chias can soften. Will keep refrigerated 2-3 days. shake before drinking. Freeze and thaw in refrigerator over night for breakfast the next day.

    I tried this, but didn't have a few of the ingredients. I used Bob's Red Mill 5 Grain Rolled Hot Cereal; skim milk. Anyway, it was still very good and I will be making this again. - 6/1/13
