chayote relleno con queso

Ingredients
1 chayote1 small egg2 onz of mozarella or farmers cheese1/2 cup of tomato sauce
Directions
Cut chayote lengthwise into 1/4 inch slices. do not use the slice with the seed. between two slaces add a slice of cheese. beat egg to snow point. cover the chayote in egg, then fry, use as little oil as you can. Once you have them fried. add tomato sauce on top and enjoy.
