Low-Sugar Cinnamon Cocoa Squeeshies (Cookies)

•1/4 cup coconut sugar •2 tbsp water•25 drops of liquid stevia•1 tbsp vanilla•2 tbsp coconut oil, liquid•2 tbsp applesauce•3 tbsp cocoa •3/4 cup gluten-free flour blend •1/2 tsp baking powder•1 tsp cardamom•1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice•1/2 tsp cinnamon•1/4 tsp salt
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Place all dry ingredients into a large bowl.
Add in vanilla, water, liquid stevia and applesauce. Stir.
Next add in coconut oil and stir till well combined.
Scoop your cocoa cookie dough onto a cookie sheet and place in freezer for 15 minutes.
Then place chilled cookies into warm oven and bake for about 12-15 minutes.
Serving Size: Makes 10-15 cookies
