Ingredients
1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 1 cup, diced Celery, raw 1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 48 oz Chicken - Tyson Whole Chicken (4 oz serving) 6 clove Garlic .5 tsp Salt .5 cup Parsley 1 tsp Thyme, ground 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
Put chicken, water, spices in pot and cook on high for two hours. Add vegetables except for parsley, cook on high for two more hours. Stir in parsley during last 15 minutes.

Serving Size: 1 serving is 1/8 chicken, sauce, and vegetables.
