Goat meat chili w/lentils

Ingredients
Onions, raw, 1 medium Orange lentils-2/3 cupTomato Paste, 1 can 6ozPepper, red or cayenne, 2 tsp3 plum tomatoCumin seed, 2 tsp(remove)Goat meat (boneless), 16 oz diced1 Tbsp Olive oil4 cups water
Directions
Brown meat in a olive oil. Remove from pan. Chop onion and add to pot, add spices and stir fry a few minutes. Add tomato's, tomato paste and red pepper.
Add 4 cups of water, return meat to pot and simmer for one and half hours. Add lentils and let them cook in the chili broth until tender-about 30 minutes.
