We eat salmon at least once a week, usually done on the grill, or bake it in the oven. I'd make this with both dill and basil, and add a little onion powder and use lemon pepper. - 8/26/09

My husband loved this and gave it a 5. But I couldn't taste the recipe ingredients over the fish taste. We thought next time we would brush the fish 6 hours before grilling so the taste can soak in. Also could use more spices. - 4/20/09

Cooked this on a cedar plank on the grill...the smoke from the plank really adds to the flavor. - 6/4/09

I tried this with talapia and it was great!! I forgot to pick up a lemon, so I used an orange instead. Mmmmm. My husband and I both loved it! - 1/20/10

Sometimes I substitue a TBS (or more to taste) of Mrs Dash table blend or Lemon Pepper seasoning. - 6/4/09

We love salmon. Grilling is the only way I make it. I spray with butter spray or olive oil spray to save calories. Will try this spice blend next time I make it. - 8/26/09

I THINK IT IS A TERRIFIC RECIPE. I PUT EXTRA GARLIC ON IT AND I COOKED IT IN THE OVEN TO CUT DOWN ON THE FAT. I AM SURE I WILL MAKE IT MANY MORE TIMES. - 8/26/09

Picked up some salmon tonight and made it on the grill. I usually make salmon using a Southern Living recipe with pecans, honey and breadcrumbs. Used dill rather than basil with this recipe and it came out beautifully! I am sure the calories and fat content were less as well. Will make it again. - 8/11/09

Fanatastic flavor with fresh salmon (I do not care for farm-raised - yuckky flavor). Used fresh dill and marinated it all for a few hours as someone suggested. Added fresh lemon at the end as well. DH liked it also. - 2/28/10
