Chili Tamale Pie

Ingredients
2 1/2 cups water1 tsp. salt (optional)1 1/4 cups yellow cornmeal2 cans (15 oz each) reduced fat turkey chili w/ beans2 oz. grated reduced fat cheddar cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine water, salt (optional) and cornmeal in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, for about 10 minutes until thick and stiff. Pour into an 8" x 8" baking pan that has been sprayed with non stick cooking spray. Top with reduced fat turkey chili and bake for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and return to oven for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
