1 roll bob evans italian sausage13 frozen bread rolls24 slices of pepperoni1 pkg mozzerella shredded cheeseolive oil*grated parmesan, garlic salt and parsley flakes for top of roll**ketchup,worcestire sauce,honey,tabasco sauce,garlic powder for dipping sauce
thaw bread rolls in microwave, or in warming oven all day. pre-heat oven to about 375. cook sausage until browned, drain. moosh bread rolls together and roll out, drape over jelly roll pan. (I roll mine out on counter with rolling pin and light covering of olive oil) layer meat and cheese over surface of roll, and draw long-side edges in. crimp seam along top and fold over ends to seal the roll. I brush top of roll with olive oil, and sprinkle parmesan cheese,garlic salt and parsley flakes on top. Bake at 375 for about 20-25 minutes, checking periodically to see if bread turns golden brown.
