Summer Veggie Saute

Ingredients
2 Tbsp butter, unsalted1 med summer squash, sliced1 med zucchini, sliced3 med mushrooms, sliced2 stalks scallions, chopped
Directions
Heat butter in skillet over medium heat, add squash and zuchhini, saute until slightly soft, add mushrooms and scallions, saute a little longer until mushrooms begin to wilt. Salt and pepper to taste.
