Ingredients
*Yams, 2 cup, cubes (Mashed to make 1-1/2c) Milk, nonfat, 1.5 cup Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 0.5 cup *Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 1/2 c Vanilla Extract, 0.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp Ginger, ground, 0.5 tsp
Directions
Mix all ingrediets. Pour into 6 custard cups or into casserole dish. Bake @ 350F for 50-60 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
