Carrot and Cauliflower Soup

Ingredients
1 head of cauliflower, broken into florets3 large carrots, cut into 1" pieces1 medium white onion, chopped2 whole cloves of garlic4 cups watersalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Bring water to a boil. Add cauliflower and cook 5 mins. Add carrot, onion, and garlic. Cook 15 minutes or till veggies are tender. Ad salt & pepper to taste. Pour soup into a blender and puree. (May have to do this in 2 batches). Divide between 4 bowls and serve. (may freeze at this point).
