Ingredients
1 Small onion chopped1 can (15 oz) Kidney Beans1 can (15 oz) Black Beans2 cups of V8 veggie juice. More to taste or look.5 lbs of lean ground beef2 tablespoons of Chili Powder.5 teaspoon of cuminsquirt of katchup (optional)
Directions
Add onions, beef, and seasonings in pot and cook until browned. Add rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and let simmer 15 minutes or until done.
