Shirley's Whole Wheat Pancakes

1 lrg egg2 Tbsp canola oil1 cup of whole wheat pastry flour1 Tbsp brown sugar3 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp salt1 cup 1% milk
Directions
Whisk egg. Add oil and other ingredients, finishing with milk. Whisk until just combined. Bake 2 minute per side on med heated skillet.
