Campbell's Hearty Sausage and RIce Skillet

1 pound bulk pork sausage ( jimmy deans)8 0z sliced mushrooms2 stalks celery, chopped coarsely1 large onion,coarsely chooped (about a cup)1 teas dried thyme1/2 treas of dried marjorum1/8 teas of tameron1 3/4 cup of Chicken Broth (low fat , low sodium)1 can of Cream of Mushroom (less sodium)6 oz of long grain white rice (or wild rice)1 cup of Fiesta Cheese (4 0z can use a blend)
1. Cook Sausage in skillet (12 in) of medium high heat, drain fat until well browned.
2. Add mushrooms,celery, onion and spices, cook until tender crisp. Stir in broth,soup, rice, and 1/2 cup of cheese. Cover
3.Bake in 375 degree oven for one hour or unil hot and bubbly and the rice is tender. Uncover and Stir and Sprinkel remaining cheese.
Serving Size: makes 6 servings
