Easy Jambalaya with Smoked Sausage

Ingredients
3 cups cooked Basmati rice6 Smoked Sausages (about 130 to 150 calories each)1 cup diced celery1 cup diced onion1 chopped green pepper1 796 ml can diced tomatoes (28 ounce can)2 tbsp Frank's RedHot Sauce (adjust to taste)
Directions
1. Add 1 cup uncooked Basmati rice to 2 cups water and cook. The end result will be roughly 3 cups cooked rice.

2. Chop up smoked sausage links and brown in non-stick pan. Add onion, celery and green pepper. Saute lightly, about 1 minute, stirring.

3. Add diced tomatoes and hot sauce. Stir until heated through.

4. Stir in cooked rice, or serve rice separately with sauce to spoon over it.
